We’re regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and have a duty to make sure we don’t put you under any undue financial pressure. As such we carry out a credit check after you place your order. We work by affordability, and will assess your application on the basis of whether or not you can afford to lease the vehicle you have applied for.
Poor credit will not necessarily debar you from starting a lease, but we may need to ask for some additional documents to prove you can afford the vehicle. Unfortunately if you have any active county court judgements or an individual voluntary arrangements we will be unable to offer you a vehicle.
