Range will vary from summer to winter, and depend on driving style, but in an urban environment the MG 4 will very happily manage 200 miles.

It’s super intuitive to use too, this is no Tesla where everything is controlled from the tablet, all your favourites still have dedicated buttons below the screen. this means no faffing about with complicated menus when you need to turn on the air conditioning or demister. Voice control is also onboard, so you need only say “Hello MG” to go hands free.

The instant torque delivered straight from its electric motor to the real wheels, gives it some real oomph as soon as you put your foot down. Meanwhile the low center of gravity means the MG 4 feels poised and planted in the bends.
If you’re worried the MG’s sportiness will dent battery life and range fear not, the MG 4 can be charged from 10% to 80% in as little as 35 minutes at a standard fast charger. It’s also interoperable with Tesla’s supercharger network, for even faster charging. This means you have the convenience of accessing the UK’s fastest and most reliable charging network, without shelling out tesla money – genius!
